The color is golden yellow bright and very clear. The bouquet expresses aromas of vanilla and toast with subtle notes of brioche. Aeration will give you more fruity notes of peach, pear and lemon. The complexity is very distinguished on the nose. The initial yellow fruit gives way to new and more crystalline salty aromas. This wine was matured exclusively in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months; the barrel integrates perfectly with the structure of the Puligny-Montrachet. The attack is well rounded and voluptuous. The palate is ample, but not heavy; dynamic with a touch of acidity. Nice notes of yellow fruit flavors (peach) are found on the palate giving a very full and crisp Chardonnay of the Côte de Beaune. There is a bright future for this wine which will keep until 2020 and beyond, according to your storage conditions. We recommend waiting until 2015 before serving.

star (2015-07-19) Rocznik 2011, podobnie jak w całej Burgundii wcześniej gotowy do picia, niż 2012. Teraz o 2011 mowa.
The wine has a beautiful golden colour, light yellow with green and brilliant reflections.
The nose expresses itself with notes of flint, flowers of the honey locust tree, hawthorn, peach vine with a hint of citrus fruit. It is complex and displays a wide aromatic pallete. The oak is subtly integrated with a touch of toast, brioche and fresh butter. On the taste, the approach is full and well-defined with a crunchy texture. The mid-palate is smooth with a beautiful roundness mixed with an excellent mineral acidity. The finish is very fine and long Elegant and crystalline. A wine which can be appreciated right now (2012) or which can be kept 3 - 5 years according to your taste.
