Najbardziej opite wino na SW... spo¶ród win Romanee Conti - próbowa³ je MdCC z rocznika 2002, próbowa³em ja je¶li chodzi o 2006, teraz kolej na 2008, znowu parzysty, brakuje 2004 i 2000 do kompletu, ale ³atwo pewno nie bêdzie:-) Zaczyna siê dziko, zwierz leciutki w aromacie, znaczy wiejskie podwórko, potem pojawia siê lakierowo (plastikowo?) - kwiatowa nuta. Smaczne. Do¶æ proste, ale smaczne. Bardziej ni¿ poprzednie, ni¿sze cru. Bardzo dobre. P³ynne (co nie dziwi;-) i d³ugie do¶æ, je¶li chodzi o posmak. D³ugo¶æ ju¿ jaka¶ jest zauwa¿alna, w odró¿nieniu od poprzednich. Delikatne. Mniej do ¿ucia, bardziej do smakowania. Bardzo smaczne. Po prostu mi³o¶æ do garbnika nie zaspokojona;-) Ocena 7-8. S±siedzi to Premier Cru les Suchots, Grand Cru la Grande Rue od Lamarche, Richebourg i jedno z najdro¿szych win ¶wiata Romanee Conti (rekordowe ceny to przynajmniej kilka lat temu: 1787 Chateau Lafite = $160,000, 1945 Mouton Rothschild = $28,750). Tyle fantazji, oczywi¶cie burgundy najlepiej smakuj± z musztard±... koniecznie z Dijon;-).

Richebourg, czyli jak je ¿artobliwie zwa³ S³awek Chrzczonowicz marz±c o nim na czacie - bogate miasto, choæ miasta tam przecie¿ nie ma, to wydatek rzêdu 100E. Jeszcze siê nigdy na nie szarpn±³em. Do Grand Rue od Lamarche siê przymierza³em, ale odpu¶ci³em - ok. 150E. W koñcu les Suchots (suchoty, brzmi strasznie) klasy Premier Cru w apelacji Vosne Romanee - to chyba jedyne co¶ na co z tego towarzystwa mo¿na siê szarpn±æ - Wine Searcher pokazuje, ¿e ceny zaczynaj± siê nawet od 100... z³otych, co jest du¿± popraw± w porównaniu do Richebourga. Rocznika 2007 akurat nie pi³em, znaczy nie degustowa³em, bo piæ, to nie pi³em ¿adnego DRC, choæ to wina do picia nie degustowania, ale akurat ten rocznik zaprezentowa³ Tim Atkin blogerom kiedy¶ i Marcin Jagodziñski skwapliwie je (pralinka) po¶ród wielu burgundów opisa³. ...legendarny, ¿e powtórzê ten banalny epitet, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru 2007 (4290 z³, Dom Wina). Kto zdo³a opowiedzieæ to wino, ten sam pewnie zostanie legend±. Ciarki po krêgos³upie przesz³y, owszem, ale czy najpotê¿niejsze jakie kiedykolwiek poczu³em? Nie jestem tego pewien i w³a¶ciwie to nawet nie chcê wiedzieæ, a mo¿e wiem, ¿e nie najpotê¿niejsze i trochê mi g³upio? A mo¿e wcale mi nie g³upio, tylko w ogóle koncepcjê wiecznego hierarchizowania, porównywania bordosów, burgundów, orgazmów uwa¿am za nudn± i bezproduktywn±. Nie jest to wino, po spróbowaniu którego ma siê wra¿enie, ¿e wszystkie pozosta³e wina mog± przestaæ istnieæ (i ca³e szczê¶cie). Ale te¿ nie ma siê w±tpliwo¶ci, ¿e jest to wino przeogromnej klasy.

Wiesz sstar, ja mam zawsze pewne watpliwosci gdy ktos sie rozplywa w zachwytach na danym winem, ktorego w kieliszku ma powiedzmy te 50 ml. Pewnie sa na swiecie osoby tak doswiadczone ze po wypiciu a nawet po siorbieciu i wypluciu tych 50 ml sa w stanie opowiedziec czy napisac bardzo wiele. Niemniej z wlasnego doswiadczenia mam nieodparte wrazenie ze jedynie picie z calej butelki wina, no powiedzmy ze nawet 2 osoby na butelke, tak naprade mozna o danym winie duzo powiedziec. Gdy pijesz taka butelke powiedzmy przez 1,5 - 2 godziny, najpierw pierwsze lyki do jedzenia a potem gdy juz zjesz, ostatnie lyki solo rzeczywiscie jest duzo wrazen do opowiedzenia i dlatego ja staram sie pisac notki najczesciej po wypiciu przynajmniej pol butelki.

W sumie siê zgadzam, zreszt± zaznaczy³em ju¿ ró¿nicê. Z drugiej strony mo¿na i¶æ dalej, próbowaæ kilka butelek, w ró¿nych kontekstach kulinarnych, na ró¿nych etapach ewolucji wina, czy to jest kolejny krok w kierunku obiektywizacji? Pewno tak. An ultra elegant, pure and quite delicately fruited and spiced nose that is extremely fresh, floral and expansive that is more layered still as it introduces seductively textured, detailed and gorgeously delineated middle weight flavors that possess laser-like focus if less density than is usually seen with this wine. Indeed, this is rather like a ballerina with limited power and weight but the watch word here is purity, purity and purity. I quite like this but it will strike some as unduly light though I believe the underlying material is present such that it will add weight in bottle as it ages. (1/2010)

The Domaine’s 2007 Romanee-St.-Vivant predictably inhabits a different world – not to mention being in a different league of complexity and intrigue – from their Echezeaux, Grands Echezeaux, or Richebourg of that vintage. Peat, leather, humus, forest floor, and decadent floral perfume are joined by an oceanic saline, alkaline, kelp-tinged aspect, and these surf-and-turf aspects follow on a polished palate that – despite only the slightest nod in the direction of overt fruitiness by way of dark berries – nevertheless displays a mouth-watering juiciness to accompany its myriad mineral and organic complexities. A persistently satisfying and thought-provoking finish points to the likelihood of 12-15 years continuance. (DS) (6/2010)

Medium red. Precise aromas of violet, cocoa powder, smoky oak and earth, with red berries emerging with aeration. Tighter in the middle palate than the Grands-Echezeaux, showing somewhat cooler, soil-driven flavors and a sexy dusty minerality, but this still boasts impressive breadth and fat. Finishes classically dry and extremely long, with building tannins. An exciting wine in the making but austere today and in need of a decade of patience. 93(+?) points. (3/2010)

Exuberant and bright on the nose. Smells cooler though all the samples are the same temperature. Slightest touch of white pepper. Tightly furled on the palate, very fresh and no fat but not lean either. Tannins are fine and upright. Less playful on the palate than on the nose, more like an athlete limbering up even though the mid palate is already scented. (JH) 18+/20 points. (2/2010)
